What kind of seeds are planted in your garden of life?
Your own personal garden was planted the day you were born and as you grew, your parents and other people around you started planting positive and negative seeds in your garden which has shaped you into the person you are today. In order to make positive changes in your life you need to understand what is in your garden.
Any good gardener knows how important it is to plant good seeds in fertile soil so they will become healthy plants, beautiful flowers, thick bushes and strong trees. Seeds that are planted in poor soil or that fall between rocks, will not likely grow or flourish.
The same thing is true about children. Parents and caregivers should take the time to plant good or positive seeds in their children so they will grow and flourish. But how many parents spend as much time preparing for a child as they do planting a garden? Sadly, most parents don’t prepare at all and they just rely on the parenting skills that have been taught by their parents, which may not have been very good at all.
Have people planted positive or negative seeds in your garden? Are you planting positive or negative seeds?
Positive seeds create positive thoughts, which create positive words and actions, which create positive results. On the other hand, negative seeds create negative thoughts, which create negative words and actions, which bring negative results.
In order to make our garden of life beautiful, we have to determine what kind of seeds have been planted in our garden. Then we have to make sure that we start planting positive seeds, both in ourselves and others.
If you feel that your life was planted with negative seeds, don’t be disheartened, you can always make changes that will help your garden of life flourish by planting your own positive seeds. Of course, negative seeds will always fall into your garden because this world is full of negativity, but you can keep them under control with a lot of work and patience.
Take the time to plant positive seeds in yourself, your children and everyone around you. Positive seeds will produce crops of beautiful words, kind thoughts and caring actions. These will develop into plants of confidence, bushes of self-esteem, flowers of happiness and trees of success.
So what are you waiting for? Your garden is ready to be planted! Make it beautiful!
