Thank you for shopping at MIMO MART. Below you will find all the details about how we process and ship your online orders. For in-store purchases, products are available immediately at our Buena Park location.
Order Processing Time
All online orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) from the time your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. Shipping rates and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2–5 business days
- Overnight / Priority Shipping: Estimated 1 business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM PST)
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. MIMO MART is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or other events outside our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. The free shipping threshold will be clearly displayed at checkout. This offer applies to standard ground shipping only and does not apply to expedited or overnight options.
In-Store Pickup
Customers in the Buena Park area may select In-Store Pickup at checkout. Orders are typically ready for pickup within [6 hours] of order confirmation. You will receive an email or SMS notification when your order is ready. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when picking up.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and selected shipping method. The carrier used will be noted in your shipping confirmation email.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or through your MIMO MART account under Order History.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for standard shipping only. Expedited and overnight services may not be available to P.O. Boxes.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. MIMO MART is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MIMO MART is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or a safe location near your door
- Wait 24–48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
- Contact the carrier directly to file a missing package report
- Contact us at hello@mimomart.com and we will do our best to assist
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@mimomart.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
At this time, MIMO MART ships domestically within the United States only. We are working to expand our shipping options and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.
